Tanox to Present at Bear Stearns Health Care Conference

HOUSTON, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tanox, Inc. (NASDAQ:TNOX) will deliver a presentation at the 18th annual Bear Stearns Health Care Conference Sept. 12 and 13, 2005 in New York City.

Tanox Vice President of Finance Greg Guidroz and Medical Director Dr. Stanley Lewis are scheduled to present Sept. 13 at 4 p.m. EDT. Guidroz and Lewis will provide a company update and discuss Tanox's most advanced investigational drug, TNX-355, for the treatment of HIV and AIDS.
